Sin Tax on Bullets

A commissioner in Cook County, Illinois, is proposing a ten cent levvy on every bullet sold in the county. The commish doesn't pretend the tax will reduce the violent crime rate - he merely describes it as a "sin tax" (at least, according to the article)
