Coincidence? I think not.

Water vapor in the lower stratosphere suddenly dropped in late 2000 causing the atmosphere to cool. Do you know what happened in mid 2000? If so please don't tell my mother. Do you know what else happened in mid 2000? The Concorde had a crash and the daily flights were suspended for a year before being permanently retired shortly thereafter. The Concorde is the only commercial plane that flew in the lower stratosphere.
I'm sure it is a coincidence but it was the first coincidence I thought of when the water vapor story hit the news.
