This page on Comcast.com has some more details on the new menus. All Comcast user's digital set-top boxes are getting new software. I've bitched about the old software before. One of my friends has had the new stuff for a few months now (random guinea pig?) and it is much, much better. bobsalive has the same provider and channel numbers (which produces some one-line IMs like "#301, NOW"). There are also TV commercials heralding the coming, so hopefully we'll get it soon.
