Yankees Suck!

I ran around the corner to my barometer of NE local sentiment, the Powderhouse Pub, as the last out of the World Series passed. Enthusiastic but not apocalyptic cheering with mixed hugging. Followed immediately by a chant of "Yankees Suck." Why not? win or lose it is a staple round here.
About as much honking of cars on Broadway as usual, same as game 1. I expect this time it will last longer (past 2am). Unless the riots hit Ball square there will be no photos, my college years are behind me.
Update:(win + 00:30) It must have taken a while to find sober drivers (ha!) but the parade of honking on broadway is now constant background noise.
