Irregular blogging for the next week while I'm doing deeply geeking stuff. bobsalive, teddied, and petedied will be holding down the fort here. If for some reason you want to read about Python (the programming language) things you don't care about, I'll be posting said items on my Python blog.

If for some reason you are in Chicago and want to see a talk* about something you don't care about I'll be speaking on Saturday at 11:40am in Ballroom FGH (I think "FGH" means they assigned me the big room). There are three other talks scheduled at the same time; if attendence is random I can expect ~= 250 in the audience (a quarter of attendees). I'm hoping for more like 500.

* Technically you need to pay registration of $350+ but fraud has never been a problem in the past so you should be able to walk in unobstructed. Worst case, say "I'm meeting Jack for lunch" and smile.
